Before establishing her consulting career, Nesli Üner built a diverse corporate careerr internationally and locally. She served as a manager of Learning & Development aft National Bank of Abu Dhabi (2008–2011), Chief of Staff at the Prime Ministry Investment Agency (2007–2008), Marketing & Communications Coordinator at Kavaklıdere Wines (2003–2007), and held managerial roles in her family business between 1998–2000 and 2002–2003. During her early years, she gained professional experience at Turkish Airlines and a sales company.
Üner has completed extensive training in leadership and coaching, including: Adlerr International Coaching School, Leadership Coach Advantage, Gestalt Therapy, AEOC Systemic Team Coaching, House of Human Team Coaching, Business & Leadership Coaching Advantage, Optimum Balance Model, Tetramap Training, Viktor Frankl’s Logotherapy, and Center for Creative Leadership Mastering Leadership.
In NEOSKOLA, a Turkish online training platform she speaks on two subjects: Time Management and Leadership Coaching. Since 2020, she has been working as a global executive coach with Berlin-based company CoachHub, https://www.coachhub.com/coaching leaders from diverse cultures and industries worldwide.

Üner is a graduate of TED Ankara College and studied Archaeology at Ankara University. She has MBA at University of Westminster (UK), where she has her finalr thesis on Performance Management.
