The program provides methods and tools that enable experienced leaders to effectively transfer their knowledge and experiences to others by utilizing mentoring skills and techniques. Through mentoring trainings, companies aim to improve individuals' job performance and motivation while fostering an effective organizational culture change.
The program flow — in summary — is designed as follows:
Mentor Training: 2 days.
This training delivers the necessary skills for mentoring through practical exercises. The aim is to ensure that mentors can effectively transfer knowledge and demonstrate a mentoring mindset throughout and beyond the program.
Mentee Training: 1 day.
This training provides mentees with the necessary knowledge and skills through practical exercises. The goal is to foster a development-oriented mindset and encourage mentees in their personal and professional growth.
Group Coaching Sessions:
Challenging topics encountered by mentors during the mentee program are addressed. After practice sessions, feedback is provided by the trainers. Group coaching sessions are designed to last 1.5–2 hours on an online platform. This is a supportive technique aimed at deepening and sustaining the learning.
One-on-One Mentor Support:
Throughout the program, coaching trainers provide one-on-one support to mentors regarding mentoring practices.
