The Corporate Mentoring Development Program is a comprehensive, nine-month learning journey designed to support employees’ personal and professional growth. The program equips experienced leaders with the mentoring tools, communication techniques, and structured methods they need to transfer their knowledge and experience effectively.

Program Structure

1. Mentor Training – 2 Days

This training provides mentors with the essential skills required for effective mentoring.
The aim is to empower mentors to:

  • Build a strong mentoring presence and mindset

  • Transfer knowledge and experience in a structured way

  • Guide mentees confidently throughout the program

The sessions are highly experiential, supported by real workplace scenarios and practical tools.

2. Mentee Training – 1 Day

This module prepares mentees for an impactful development journey.
The purpose is to help mentees become:

  • Growth-oriented

  • Responsible and proactive

  • Confident and open to learning

Participants receive practical guidance on how to get the most value from their mentoring relationship.

3. Group Coaching Sessions – 1.5 to 2 Hours (Online)

These sessions allow mentors to discuss the challenges they encounter throughout the program.
During group coaching:

  • Mentors share real cases and experiences

  • Trainers provide direct feedback

  • Skills are deepened through guided practice

Group coaching is a powerful method for reinforcing learning and ensuring long-term skill retention.

4. 1:1 Mentor Support

Throughout the program, coach-trainers provide individual support to mentors.
This personalized guidance helps mentors:

  • Navigate difficult mentoring moments

  • Strengthen their mentoring confidence

  • Improve the overall effectiveness of the program
